We write to inform you that the 20[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Level-1, UB Tower, UB City, No.24, Vittal Mallya Road, Bangalore – 560 001.

The Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from Friday, August 16, 2019 to Thursday, August 22, 2019 (both days inclusive) in connection with the AGM of the Company to be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019. The intimation of Book Closure is furnished below in the format prescribed by the Stock Exchange.
