CROSS-BORDER MERGER BY ABSORPTION OF UNIPOLRE D.A.C. INTO UNIPOLSAI ASSICURAZIONI S.P.A.

Bologna, 20 December 2023

Further to the press release 2 October last, UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. ("UnipolSai") hereby announces that the merger deed relating to the cross-border merger by absorption of UnipolRe D.A.C. into UnipolSai (the "Merger"), executed on 14 December 2023, has been registered with the Companies Register of Bologna on 20 December 2023.

The Merger will become legally effective on 31 December 2023.
