PLAN FOR MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF DIALOGO S.P.A. IN LIQUIDATION INTO UNIPOLSAI DEPOSITED
UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. ("UnipolSai" or the "Company") hereby announces that on the date hereof, the plan for the merger by incorporation of Dialogo S.p.A. in liquidation into UnipolSai was deposited at the registered office of the latter, approved by the Board of Directors of the Company today.
The merger plan is also available on the Company's website (www.unipolsai.com) under the section Governance/Merger plan of subsidiaries.
It should be noted that the deposit of the merger plan with the relevant Companies' Register is subject to authorisation by IVASS (the Italian Insurance Supervisory Authority) pursuant to and in accordance with Article 201, Legislative Decree No. 209 of 7 September 2005.
