MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF DIALOGO S.P.A. IN LIQUIDATION INTO UNIPOLSAI ASSICURAZIONI S.P.A
UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. ("UnipolSai") announces that – following the issue of the required authorization by I.V.A.S.S. (Italian insurance supervisory authority) and the completion of the corporate merger procedure – the deed of merger by incorporation of Dialogo S.p.A. in liquidation into UnipolSai was concluded on the date hereof.
The merger deed, after being filed by both companies with the same competent Companies' Register, will have legal effect as of 31 December 2016 and will be effective for accounting and tax purposes as of 1 January 2016.
