SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING - LISTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

Bologna, 30 March 2018

With regard to the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (the "Company"), on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for 23 April 2018, it is hereby announced that only one list was submitted, in the terms provided by with the law and the company by-laws, by the majority Shareholder Unipol Gruppo S.p.A.

Pursuant to Article 144-sexies, Paragraph 5, of the CONSOB Issuers' Regulation, additional lists may thus be submitted for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors until 1 April 2018, by Shareholders who, individually or jointly with other Shareholders, own shares representing at least 0.50% of ordinary share capital with voting rights.

The aforementioned list submitted by Unipol Gruppo, accompanied by the documentation required, has been made available to the public at the registered office, on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage () and on the Company's website www.unipolsai.com (under the section Governance/Shareholders' Meetings/2018/Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting - 23 April 2018).
