The minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A held on 10 May 2018 - relating to the changes to article 6 ("Capital Measurement") of the by laws to separate the Life business and Non-Life business corporate equity items and relative numbers as provided under article 5 of ISVAP (Italian Private Insurance Companies Supervisory Authority) Regulation 17/2008 are available to the public in accordance with prevailing law, at the registered office of the company, on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage (), and on the Internet site of the Company www.unipolsai.com - Governance/Corporate Governance System/Extraordinary Resolutions of the Board of Directors.

The by laws containing the above-mentioned amendments, in addition to those made to article 13 ("Board of Directors") with decision of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 23 April 2018 which amendments were all approved by the Institute for the Supervision of Insurance "IVASS" in accordance with the law - are also available to the public at the registered office of the company, on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage () and on the Internet site of the Company www.unipolsai.com - Governance /Corporate Governance System/By Laws.
