SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING - LIST FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
With regard to the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A., on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened in a single call for 17 June 2015, it is hereby announced that, in accordance with law and the By-laws, a single list has been deposited by the majority shareholder Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A.
Therefore, it should be noted that pursuant to Article 144-sexies, paragraph 5 of the Issuers' Regulation, additional lists may be submitted for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors by the end of 26 May 2015, by Shareholders that individually or together with other Shareholders' own shares equal to at least 0.50% of the ordinary share capital with voting rights.
The Company will make all information and documentation in relation to the lists submitted available to the public in accordance with law.
