SHARE CAPITAL OWNED IN BPER BANCA SPA

Bologna, 22th June 2018

Unipol Group S.p.A. announced at the end of today that the share capital directly and undirectly owned in Bper Banca S.p.A. amounts to 68,500,000 ordinary shares, approximately 14.23% of the share capital of Bper Banca.
