PUBLICATION OF ADVICE TO SHAREHOLDERS ON THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
Bologna, 19 February 2025
The "Advice for shareholders on the size and qualitative composition of the Board of Directors for the 2025-2027 three-year period" - approved last 13 February by the Board of Director of Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A.– and the "Advise for shareholders on the composition of the Board of Statutory Auditors for the 2025-2027 three-year period" - approved at the meeting held on 11 February by the Board of Statutory Auditors - are available to the public on the website of the Company www.unipol.com (Section Governance/Shareholders' Meetings/Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting - 29 April 2025) and on the authorised storage mechanism, eMarket Storage (), in view of the upcoming Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for 29 April next to consider, inter alia, the renewal of said body.
The Notice of Call of the Shareholders' Meeting and Directors' Report on the matters at issue shall be made available in accordance with the terms of the law.
