PUBLICATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Bologna, 30 June 2025
It is hereby announced that the Minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., held on 20 June 2025, is available to the public at the registered office, on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage () and on the Company's website www.unipol.com (under the Section Governance/Shareholders' Meetings/ Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting - 20 June 2025).
