B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditor of the Company.

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has already informed the Stock Exchanges vide its letter dated 30[th] December, 2020 that the window for trading in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons would remain closed from 31[st ] December, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31[st ] December, 2020 is uploaded online on the portal of the Stock Exchanges where the securities of the Company are listed.
