If this quarterly cash flow report has been prepared in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards, the definitions in, and provisions of, AASB 6: Exploration for and Evaluation of Mineral Resources and AASB 107: Statement of Cash Flows apply to this report. Dividends received may be classified either as cash flows from operating activities or cash flows from investing activities, depending on the accounting policy of the entity.

PVW Resources NL (legal subsidiary) was acquired by PVW Resources Limited (legal parent) on the 15 February 2021. Under AASB 3 Business Combination, PVW Resources NL is the accounting acquirer as the transaction is deemed a reverse acquisition. The cash flow movements therefore represent the continuation of PVW Resources NL as the accounting parent from 1 July 2020 and PVW Resources Limited as the accounting subsidiary from 15 February 2021.

In accordance with Listing Rule 5.3.5, PVW Resources Ltd advises that payments made to related parties as advised in the Appendix 5B for the quarter ended 31 March 2021 were as follows; $34k for Director fees, $3k for company secretary services and $1k for rent.
