RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

PVW Resources Ltd (ASX:PVW) advises in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A that the escrow period for 316,159 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares issued on 27 August 2020 expires on 27 August 2021.

The restricted securities were subject to 12 month escrow period from the date of issue as part of the re-compliance and admission of PVW to the ASX.
