Thred executes new advisory mandate with Hunter Capital

Advisors

Hunter Capital Advisors Pty Ltd ( “Hunter Capital” ) is a leading corporate advisory firm specialising in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings for listed and unlisted companies. Hunter Capital recently supported and closed a fully underwritten rights issue for Thred Limited (“ Thred or Company ”).

Thred announces the execution of a new mandate with Hunter Capital to provide further advisory assistance for its intensive pre-launch and post-launch phases and assistance with attracting potential cornerstone investors. The new mandate replaces the lead manager mandate signed with Hunter Capital on 5 December 2016.

In recognition of the THD financial market, introduction in the future of new investment to the Company, and ongoing work, the Company has agreed to issue to Hunter Capital a total of 55 million fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in consideration for its services. Cash consideration remains unchanged, at $10,000 per month until September this year.
