Close of Cleansing Offer

Thred Limited refers to the Cleansing Offer under the Prospectus dated 6 April. The offer was made in order to cleanse the issues of securities not issued under the Entitlement Issue Prospectus dated 6 December 2016 (in accordance with section 708A(11) of the Corporations Act.

No shares have been or were issued under the offer.

The cleansing offer is now closed.
