TRADING HALT
The securities of Thred Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 3 May 2017, or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Thred Limited (the ‘Company’) hereby requests a trading halt of the company’s securities pending the release of an announcement about a proposed capital raising .
The Company requests the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on 3 April 2017.
The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
