App Delivered to Thred Early

Highlights:

• Agreement has been executed

• Defines software development, intellectual property rights, deliverables ad acceptance process

• Delivery of software to Thred has occurred

• Thred’s acceptance process has begun and will be completed in time for launch

• 8m Bonus Options & 1.5m Performance Options (ex$0.02/exp3yr) to be issued upon acceptance of App

Thred is pleased to report it has executed the Software Development Agreement (SDA) with Lateral Pty Ltd foreshadowed in its announcement of 4 April (further details here).

Version 1 of Core Thred has been delivered by Lateral to Thred, including all in scope features and software. Delivery was made far enough ahead of schedule for Lateral to be due, in addition to the 8 million bonus options ($0.02/3yr) for completion of the app, a further 1.5 million performance options on the same terms for completing early. The Company intends to issue the options from its existing capacity under Listing Rule 7.1.

Thred’s rigorous acceptance testing program is well under way on each of web, iOS and Android Apps. The options above are subject to, and vest upon, acceptance by Thred. Thred expects a successful conclusion to this win-win program and will give further guidance as necessary.

Agreed out of scope variations such as the New UI / design by Josephmark will be included in the Company’s launch planned for the week beginning 8 May, when the App will be available for download from the Apple and Android App stores.
