App Accepted by Thred and Options Issued to Lateral

Further to its announcement on 2 May 2017 Thred is pleased to report it has accepted the App pursuant to the Software Development Agreement (SDA) with Lateral Pty Ltd.

Thred has accordingly issued to Lateral 9.5 million options exercisable at $0.02 expiring 3 years from issue. The Company made the issue of the options from its existing capacity under Listing Rule 7.1.
