RESULTS OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN

Promesa Limited (ASX:PRA) is very pleased to advise that the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 6[th] August 2014 at $0.025 per share closed on 22[nd] August with applications for 27,320,000 shares for a total of $683,000.

Allotment of shares and the issue of holding statements is expected to be completed on Friday 29[th] August 2014.
