SOUTH AMERICA’S EMERGING PRECIOUS AND BASE METAL EXPLORER

PROMESA CAPITAL RAISING

Promesa Limited (“Promesa” or the “Company”) (ASX:PRA) is pleased to advise that it has undertaken a capital raising of $1,000,000 via the issue of up to 40,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.025 each. (“Placement”).

The placement is being made to sophisticated and professional investors pursuant to Listing Rule 7.1 and with prior approval from shareholders gained in general meeting on 13 August. The issue is priced at 90% of the 5 day VWAP recorded before entering the trading halt.

Use of Proceeds

Proceeds from the Placement will be used primarily to fund the Company’s Stage 2 drilling program, the extension of the magnetic survey (two fold), upgrading of current permits increasing the area of influence four fold and allowing drilling beyond the current approved 20 platforms at the Alumbre CuMo porphyry project in Peru.
