The Company advises that the Offer of securities in the Company ( Offer ) contained in the Prospectus dated 8 March 2012 and lodged with the ASIC on that date has been closed. No applications were received under the Offer and therefore no shares will be issued. As such there is no change to the capital structure of the company and no requirement to lodge an Appendix 3B.
