EXTENTION OF OFFER INFORMATION STATEMENT TO 3 DECEMBER 2010

The Company wishes to advise that the Closing Date of the offer described in the Offer Information Statement lodged with the Australian Securities Exchange on the 11 October 2010 has been extended to 3 December 2010 to provide shareholders with further information in relation to the Heads of Agreement entered into to acquire Peru Minerals. The Company will forward a Supplementary Offer Information Statement to all shareholders in the near future.
