SETTLEMENT OF ACQUISITION OF PERU MINERALS SAC
The board is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the settlement of the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the Peruvian based company Peru Minerals SAC. We also welcome our South American based directors Mr Mario Bolivar and Mr Alejandro Calderon to the Board.
We also thank Mr John Pritchett and Dr Phillip Rodionoff, who have resigned from the Board today, for their invaluable contributions to the company during their period on the Board.
