Notification To shareholders for the addition of new items to the agenda of the General Assembly Meeting of Union Properties (PJSC)

With reference to the above subject and in addition to the General Assembly meeting invitation published in the daily newspapers on 27/09/2021 and disclosed on Dubai Financial Market on 27/09/2021 which the shareholders were notified by via text messages pursuant to article (41) of the company’s articles of association.

And in light of the instructions of the Securities and Commodities Authority, we hereby notify our esteemed shareholders on the addition of the following agenda items to the General Assembly Meeting agenda to vote on during the said meeting which will be held on Tuesday, 26/10/2021 or the second meeting in case the quorum was not fulfilled in the first meeting:

• First item the dismissal of the board member Mr. Darwish Abdullah Al Ketbi

• Second item the dismissal of the board member Mr. Mohamad Fardan Al Fardan

• Third item the dismissal of the board member Mr. Abdul Wahab Al Halabi

• Forth item the dismissal of the board member Mr. Fathi Bin Grira

• Fifth item the dismissal of the board member Mr. Khalifa Hasan Al Hammadi

• Sixth item the dismissal of the board member Mr. Dahi Al Mansouri

• Seventh item the dismissal of the board member Mr. Klar Jorg
