Withdrawal of Resolution
Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO), a UK and USA focused onshore hydrocarbon production, development and exploration company, announces that the resolution that was to be put to shareholders at a general meeting held today at 11:00 a.m., to authorise the Directors to issue the warrants relating to the fundraising announced on 23 July 2025, was withdrawn by the Board.
The Board is reviewing the situation with regards to the proposed resolution and further details will be announced as and when appropriate.
