UNIEURO S.P.A.: EMISSIONE DI AZIONI A PARZIALE SERVIZIO DEL PIANO DI INCENTIVAZIONE "PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN 2020-2025"

Forlì, 14 ottobre 2021 – Unieuro S.p.A. (MTA: UNIR), il leader nella distribuzione di elettronica di consumo ed elettrodomestici in Italia, rende noto che il Consiglio di Amministrazione, riunitosi in data odierna, ha deliberato, in parziale esecuzione della delega conferita dall'Assemblea Straordinaria del 17 dicembre 2020, l'emissione di 8.750 azioni ordinarie, prive di valore nominale, aventi le stesse caratteristiche delle azioni ordinarie in circolazione, a servizio del piano di incentivazione denominato "Performance Share Plan 2020-2025" (il "Piano"), da attribuire gratuitamente a Italo Valenti quale beneficiario di parte del 1° ciclo dello stesso secondo i termini e le condizioni nel medesimo previste.

L'estratto notarile del verbale del Consiglio di Amministrazione verrà messo a disposizione del pubblico nei termini previsti dalla normativa, anche regolamentare, vigente.

Forlì, 14 October 2021 – Unieuro S.p.A. (MTA: UNIR), the Italian leader in the retail market of consumer electronics and household appliances, informs that the Board of Directors during today's meeting resolved, partial exercising the powers given by the extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 17 December 2020, the issuance of No. 8,750 ordinary shares, without par value, with the same characteristics as the outstanding ordinary shares, to be used for the "Performance Share Plan 2020-2025" (the "Plan"), to be allotted free of charge, to Italo Valenti as beneficiary of part of the 1st cycle of the Plan in compliance with the conditions and terms laid down therein.

The notarized extract of the minutes of today's Board of Directors meeting will be made available to the public in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force.
