UNIEURO S.P.A.: COMUNICAZIONE DI VARIAZIONE DEL CAPITALE SOCIALE PUBBLICAZIONE DELLO STATUTO SOCIALE AGGIORNATO

Forlì, 21 ottobre 2021 – Unieuro S.p.A. (MTA: UNIR) rende nota la nuova composizione del proprio capitale sociale (interamente sottoscritto e versato) a seguito dell'emissione di 8.750 azioni ordinarie, prive di valore nominale e aventi le stesse caratteristiche delle azioni ordinarie in circolazione.

Si ricorda che, come comunicato in data 14 ottobre, l'emissione delle suddette azioni è stata deliberata in tale data dal Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società a valere sulla delega conferita dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 17 dicembre 2020, in parziale esecuzione dell'aumento di capitale sociale a titolo gratuito a servizio del Piano di Performance Shares 2020-2025 (dalla stessa approvato in pari data).

Per effetto del predetto aumento di capitale, il capitale sociale è aumentato per un importo pari a Euro 1.750 e risulta così composto:

UNIEURO S.P.A.: NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL PUBLICATION OF UPDATED ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Forlì, 21 October 2021 – Unieuro S.p.A. (MTA: UNIR) announces the new breakdown of its share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) following the issue of 8,750 ordinary shares, with no par value and having the same characteristics as the ordinary shares in circulation.

It should be noted that, as previously notified on 14 October, the issuance of the aforementioned shares was resolved on that date by the Board of Directors of Unieuro S.p.A., exercising the powers given by the extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 17 December 2020, in partial execution of the free share capital increase to serve the 2020- 2025 Performance Shares Plan (approved on the same date).

As a result of the aforesaid capital increase, the share capital has increased by an amount equal to 1,750 Euros and is broken down as follows:
