UNIEURO S.P.A.: COMUNICAZIONE TRIMESTRALE SULL'ATTIVITA' DI SOSTEGNO DELLA LIQUIDITÀ

Forlì, 5 gennaio 2021 – Unieuro S.p.A. comunica in allegato le informazioni di cui al paragrafo 27 della Prassi di mercato ammessa n. 1 di cui alla delibera Consob n. 21318 di Consob del 7 aprile 2020, ricevute dall'intermediario Intermonte SIM S.p.A. relativamente all'attività di sostegno alla liquidità delle azioni ordinarie Unieuro (MTA: UNIR) svolta nel trimestre 1° ottobre 2020 – 31 dicembre 2020, in virtù dell'incarico conferito nell'ottobre 2019.

Si rammenta che l'incarico è giunto a naturale scadenza in data 29 ottobre 2019.

Forlì, 5 January 2021 – Unieuro S.p.A. hereby communicates the attached information as per paragraph 27 of the accepted market practice no. 1 pursuant to Consob Resolution No. 21318 of 7 April 2020, received by the intermediary Intermonte SIM S.p.A. in relation to the liquidity support activity of Unieuro ordinary shares (MTA: UNIR) carried out in the 1 October 2020 – 31 December 2020 quarter, by virtue of the mandate conferred in October 2019.

It is reminded that the appointment came to its natural end on 29 October 2019.
