UNIEURO SPA: MARCO PACINI APPOINTED AS CFO

Forlì, 3 May 2021 - Unieuro S.p.A. (MTA: UNIR), the leader in the distribution of consumer electronics and electric household appliances in Italy, today announced the appointment of Marco Pacini as Chief Financial Officer and as Executive in charge of the preparation of the company's accounts, effective as of 1st June 2021.

Currently in Fiera Milano, where he holds the role of Chief Financial & Operating Officer, during his career Pacini has acquired many years of experience in administration, finance and control, holding positions of increasing responsibility and with international exposure within the FCA Group

In the new role, the top manager will report directly to the CEO Giancarlo Nicosanti Monterastelli and assume responsibility and coordination of the entire Finance area of Unieuro, including Administration & Control, Finance, Legal, Corporate Development and Investor Relations.

Pacini, 49, graduated with honors in Economics from "La Sapienza" University in Rome and holds a Master degree in Management, Accounting and Corporate Finance at the University of Turin. Having joined Fiat in 1998, he has gradually expanded and strengthened his skills in the Finance field by working in various companies of the Group, both in Italy and abroad. From 2006 to 2008, Pacini gained significant experience in the consumer electronics sector as Chief Accounting and Tax Officer of UniEuro / Dixons Group, later returning to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, first as CFO of Abarth and, most recently, as Car Business Finance Director - EMEA. Lastly, in 2017 he moved to Fiera Milano, listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, assuming the role of CFO.
