UNIEURO S.P.A.: BOARD DIRECTOR RESIGNS
Forlì, 25 September 2017 - Unieuro S.p.A. (MTA: UNIR) announces that Ms Nancy Arlene Cooper, Company's Non-Executive Director, today resigned from her mandate due to merely personal reasons.
Resignation will be effective upon approval of the Company H1 2017/18 accounts as per Section 154-ter par. 2 of TUF ("Consolidated Financial Act"). Upon approval of H1 2017/18 accounts, the Board of Directors shall co-opt a new Non-Executive Director.
