UNIDATA: THIRD AND FINAL EXERCISE PERIOD FOR "UNIDATA WARRANTS 2020-2022"

Rome, November 3, 2022 - Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD), operator of Telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, announces that, in accordance with what provided by the regulation of the warrants "Warrants UNIDATA 2020- 2022", ISIN code IT0005402968 (the "Warrants"), the right to subscribe to the Warrants must be exercised, under penalty of forfeiture, by submitting the request for subscription by November 17, 2022, end of the last period for the exercise provided by the regulation (the "Exercise Period").

If the Warrants holders do not request to subscribe to the compendium shares within the final deadline of November 17, 2022, the unexercised Warrants will be forfeited of all rights, becoming extinct for all purposes.

Subscription requests may be made on any bank business day during the Exercise Period, and they must be submitted to the intermediary member of Monte Titoli S.p.A. where the Warrants are deposited.
