CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL

Rome November 24, 2021 - Unidata S.p.A., operator of telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, announces the new composition of the share capital resulting from the allocation of 15,292 newly issued Ordinary Shares of Unidata S.p.A., resulting from the exercise of 61,168 Warrants during the Second Exercise Period of the "WARRANT UNIDATA 2020-2022" - ISIN Code: IT0005402968 - comprised between November 2 and November 17, 2021 inclusive.

The new share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) is made up of 2,464,642 shares with no par value.
