2026 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Roma, 16 January 2026 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces, pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the Regulations of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the 2026 financial calendar, approved on today's date by the Board of Directors.

04 May 2026	Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025
12 May 2026	Board of Directors to approve financial results as of March 31, 2026
10 September 2026	Board of Directors to approve the half-year financial report as of June 30, 2026
10 September 2026	Presentation to the financial community of the half-year results as of June 30, 2026
11 November 2026	Board of Directors to approve financial results as of September 30, 2026
19 November 2026	Board of Directors to review and approve the 2027-2029 Business Plan
19 November 2026	Presentation to the financial community of the 2027-2029 Business Plan
