UNIDATA: CHANGES TO THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2023

Roma, 6 July 2023 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that the Board of Directors, following the translisting to the regulated market Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, has modified the 2023 financial calendar, announced on 30 January 2023.

Pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Regulation, the next appointments of the 2023 financial calendar are therefore modified as follows:

DATE	EVENT
12 September 2023	Board of Directors for the approval of the half-year financial report as of 30 June 2023
13 September 2023	Presentation to the financial community of the half-year results as of 30 June 2023
14 November 2023	Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Management Report as of 30 September 2023

Any changes in the above dates will be promptly communicated to the market by the Company.
