UNIDATA: CHANGES TO THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2023

Roma, 30 October 2023 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., communicates, pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the Regulations of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., three additions to the financial calendar for the 2023 financial year, announced on 30 January 2023.

The additions, approved by the Board of Directors on today's date, are as follows:

• Monday 20 November Board of Directors to review and approve the 2024-2026 business plan
• Tuesday 21 November Presentation of the 2024-2026 business plan to the financial community
• Tuesday 28 November Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting

The next appointments of the 2023 financial calendar are therefore modified as follows:

14 November 2023	Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Management Report as of 30 September 2023
20 November 2023	Board of Directors to review and approve the 2024-2026 business plan
21 November 2023	Presentation of the 2024-2026 business plan to the financial community
28 November 2023	Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting
