UNIDATA: CHANGES TO FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2022

Rome, November 10, 2022 - Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD), operator of Telecommunications, Cloud, and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, two additions to the financial calendar for fiscal year 2022, disclosed on January 27, 2022.

The additions, approved by the Board of Directors on November 10, 2022, are as follows:

• Friday, November 25 Board of Directors to review and approve the 2023-2025 business plan
• Monday, November 28

Presentation of the 2023-2025 business plan to analysts and investors

The upcoming appointments on the 2022 financial calendar are therefore modified as follows:

28 November 2022	Presentation to analysts and investors of the business plan 2023- 2025
