UNINVEST, UNIDATA'S MAIN SHAREHOLDER, CONFIRMS ITS CONFIDENCE IN THE GROUP'S FUTURE GROWTH BY REAFFIRMING ITS LONG-TERM COMMITMENT WITH THE PURCHASE OF 65,000 ORDINARY SHARES, EQUAL TO 0.21% OF UNIDATA'S SHARE CAPITAL

Roma, 11 April 2025– Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), telecommunications, cloud and IoT services operator, listed on the Euronext Milan market – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that Uninvest¹ , the main shareholder of Unidata, has purchased 65,000 ordinary shares of Unidata itself, equal to 0.21% of the share capital, from the shareholder Giampaolo Rossini.

With this operation, Uninvest further strengthens its ongoing commitment to Unidata since its foundation, as well as its support in the future expansion of the Group; Giampaolo Rossini, despite the sale of the shares - for personal reasons - continues to confirm his commitment in the crucial role of CTO of Unidata and Board Member of the same.
