MARCELLO VISPI, CO-FOUNDER AND VICE PRESIDENT OF UNIDATA, PURCHASED 20,000 ORDINARY SHARES, EQUAL TO 0.06% OF UNIDATA'S SHARE CAPITAL, CONFIRMING HIS LONG-TERM COMMITMENT TO THE GROUP'S GROWTH

Roma, 27January 2025– Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI),operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that Marcello Vispi¹ , Co-Founder and Vice President of Unidata purchased no. 20,000 ordinary shares of Unidata, equal to 0.06% of the share capital, from the shareholder Giampaolo Rossini.

Marcello Vispi, with this operation, strengthens his commitment alongside the Company during the entire growth path from its foundation to today's date, as well as his support in the future expansion of the Group; Giampaolo Rossini, despite the sale of the shares - for personal reasons - continues to confirm his commitment in the crucial role of CTO of Unidata and Member of the Board of Directors of the same.
