UNIDATA: RESIGNATION OF MR. STEFANO CIURLI AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Roma, 18 July 2023 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that Mr. Stefano Ciurli, non-executive Director of the Company and Chairman of the Appointments Committee and of the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties, has resigned with immediate effect following his recent appointment as Head of Global Services for the Enel Group.

In expressing gratitude to Mr. Stefano Ciurli for the activity carried out so far on behalf of the Company, the Board of Directors announces that it will appoint the new Chairman of the Appointments Committee and of the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties.

Based on the communications made to the Company and to the public, Stefano Ciurli does not appear to hold, directly and/or indirectly, shares in the Company at the time of his resignation.
