REORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD COMMITTEES FOLLOWING THE RESIGNATION OF THE DIRECTOR STEFANO CIURLI

Roma, 26 July 2023 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI) ("Unidata" or the "Company"), operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that on today's date, following the resignation from the office of director of Mr. Stefano Ciurli (already communicated to the market on 18 July 2023), the Board of Directors resolved the following composition of the existing internal board committees:

Control, Risk and Remuneration Committee of the Company:

• Barbara Ricciardi, as Chairman;
• Stefania Argentieri Piuma; and
• Alessandra Bucci.

Appointments and Transactions with Related Parties Committee:

• Barbara Ricciardi, as Chairman;
• Stefania Argentieri Piuma; and
• Alessandra Bucci.

Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee:

• Alessandra Bucci, as Chairman;
• Barbara Ricciardi; and
• Stefania Argentieri Piuma.

The Board of Directors has also started the preparatory activities for the identification of a candidate to replace Dr. Stefano Ciurli, so as to be able to proceed with the integration of the Board of Directors pursuant to art. 2386 of the Civil Code in the context of the next board meeting.
