PUBLICATION OF THE SUMMARY REPORT OF THE VOTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HELD ON 8 MAY 2025

(UD.MI), operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that the summary report of the votes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 8 May 2025 has been made available to the public at the registered office in Rome, Viale Alexandre Gustave Eiffel no. 100, as well as on the Company's website investors.unidata.it, section "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting", and on the storage mechanism (), in compliance with the provisions of art. 125-quater, second paragraph, of Legislative Decree n.58/1998.
