UNIDATA: PUBLICATION OF THE LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND FURTHER DOCUMENTATION FOR THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Roma, 19 April 2024 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), telecommunications, cloud and IoT services operator, listed on the Euronext Milan market – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that, on today's date, the lists received by the Company for the appointment of the Board of Directors have been made available to the public on the Company's website www.unidata.it in the Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section - on which the Shareholders' Meeting convened on 10 May 2024 is called to decide - together with the curricula vitae of the candidates, the declaration of acceptance of the position and possession of the requirements prescribed by law and the statute for their hiring.

The aforementioned documentation is also available at the registered office of the Company and at the authorized storage mechanism , available at the address .

BOARD OF DIRECTORS' LISTS

• List no. 1 was presented by Uninvest S.r.l., which holds no. 17,000,000 ordinary shares, equal to 55.04% of the share capital.

Furthermore, again with regard to the appointment of the Board of Directors, Uninvest S.r.l. presented the resolution proposals regarding points 2.4 (Appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors) and 2.5 (Determination of the emolument due to the members of the Board of Directors).

• List n.2 was presented by Upperhand S.r.l., which holds n. 1,904,760 ordinary shares, equal to 6.17% of the share capital.
