UNIDATA: PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION FOR THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CONVENED FOR NOVEMBER 28, 2023

Roma, 13 November 2023 – With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI) (the "Company") convened for November 28, 2023, we inform you that, on today's date, the documentation concerning the proposal formulated has been made available to the public, with reference to point no. 2 on the agenda, by the shareholder Uninvest S.r.l. with registered office in Rome, via A.G. Eiffel no. 100, VAT number, tax code and registration number in the Rome Company Register 15662561008 ("Uninvest"), owner, as of today, of a total of no. 1,700,000 ordinary shares representing 55.04% of the ordinary share capital and 70.26% of the voting share capital of the Company.

The proposal, together with the related supporting documentation, is available to the public at the registered office and on the Unidata website at www.unidata.it, "Governance – Shareholders' Meeting" section, as well as at the storage mechanism authorized "****".
