THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF UNIDATA APPOINTED THE AUDITOR OF ACCOUNTS FOR THE THREE-YEAR PERIOD 2022-2024

Rome, Aug. 5, 2022 - Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD), an operator of Telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, announces that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting was held today under the chairmanship of Renato Brunetti.

APPOINTMENT OF THE STATUTORY AUDITOR FOR THE THREE-YEAR PERIOD 2022-2024

As provided for in the first and only item on the agenda, the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting appointed EY S.p.A., the auditing firm, as the statutory auditor of Unidata for the years 2022-2024, namely until the Shareholders' Meeting to be convened to approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, under the terms and conditions summarized in the reasoned proposal of the Board of Statutory Auditors, available on Unidata's website at https://investors.unidata.it/assemblea-degli-azionisti/.
