UNIDATA: HOW TO APPLY FOR REMOTE PARTICIPATION IN THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Rome, November 07, 2022 - Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD), operator of Telecommunication, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, announces the procedures to request remote participation in the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, convened in a single call on November 10, 2022 at 11:30 a.m., at the Chiomenti Law Firm located in Rome, Via XXIV Maggio 43.

To participate remotely in the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, a "meeting" has been set up on Zoom that requires registration at the following link:

The registration process involves filling out a Form, receiving an e-mail confirming the registration, and a subsequent e-mail containing the link to which connecting to participate in the Unidata Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting remotely with a password (numeric code) to complete access.
