NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY TO THE PUBLIC OF OF THE LISTS FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE CORPORATE BODIES AT SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 14 MAY 2021

Rome, 07 May 2021 - Unidata S.p.A., operator of Telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the AIM Italia market of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that today, the deadline for submission, the list of candidates for the position of members of the Board of Directors, presented by the majority shareholder Uninvest S.r.l., owner of 1,700,000 Unidata shares equal to 69.40% of the company's share capital, was deposited and available to the public at the company's headquarters.
