Articles of Association
UniCredit announces that the share capital increase for Euro 89,806,133 corresponding to no. 7,227,514 shares, referred to in the press release of 20 February 2024, was registered with the Companies' Register on 22 February 2024, together with the Articles of Association amended to clause 5.
The Articles of Association were also published today in the appropriate section of the Company website (www.unicreditgroup.eu/Articles of Association) as well as on the website of the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. (www.emarketstorage.com) and are available to shareholders at the Company's Registered Office in Milan.
