We hereby inform our esteemed investors that UniCredit Jelzálogbank Zrt. has fully met its principal and interest payment obligations today regarding the bond UCJBK 2025/B (ISIN: HU0000363114), a fixedrate, bullet repayment instrument with a total nominal value of EUR 6,442,700, maturing on 26 November 2025.
This extraordinary notice is made pursuant to Sections 55–56 of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and Decree No 24/2008 (VIII. 15.) of the Minister of Finance on the detailed rules of the disclosure obligation in relation to publicly traded securities.
