UniCredit: Standard & Poor's upgrades UniCredit SpA stand-alone credit profile ("SACP") from 'bbb' to 'bbb+'
The rating agency Standard & Poor's ("S&P") has today upgraded UniCredit SpA stand-alone credit profile ("SACP") from 'bbb' to 'bbb+', one notch above the Italian sovereign rating.
UniCredit SpA issuer credit rating ("ICR") remains capped by the rating of Italy at 'BBB' and the ratings on the bank's instruments do not change. The outlook remains stable.
At the same time, S&P has improved the economic risk assessment for the banking sector in Italy.

UniCredit: Standard & Poor's migliora lo stand-alone credit profile ("SACP") di UniCredit SpA da 'bbb' a 'bbb+'
L'agenzia di rating Standard & Poor's ("S&P") ha migliorato oggi lo stand-alone credit profile ("SACP") di UniCredit SpA da 'bbb' a 'bbb+', un gradino sopra il rating sovrano dell'Italia.
Il rating emittente (issuer credit rating) di UniCredit SpA rimane agganciato al rating della Repubblica a livello 'BBB' e i rating sugli strumenti di debito della banca non cambiano. L'outlook rimane stabile.
S&P ha migliorato oggi anche la valutazione del rischio economico per il settore bancario in Italia.
