(THE "NOTES")
ISIN XS1539597499
With reference to the Notes, issued on 21 December 2016, UniCredit S.p.A., in accordance with the relevant Terms and Conditions of the Notes, will exercise its option to early redeem in whole the Notes on 3 June 2022 (the First Call Date). The early redemption of the Notes will be at par, together with accrued and unpaid
interests. The interests shall cease to accrue on the First Call Date.

ISIN XS1539597499
Con riferimento ai Titoli in oggetto, emessi in data 21 dicembre 2016, in conformità con le previsioni dei termini e condizioni dei Titoli, UniCredit S.p.A. comunica che eserciterà l'opzione di rimborso integrale dei Titoli in via anticipata in data 3 giugno 2022. Il rimborso anticipato dei Titoli avverrà alla pari insieme agli interessi maturati e non corrisposti. Gli interessi cesseranno di maturare alla stessa data di rimborso anticipato.
